I think that you shouldn't have to do both. Maybe if you want us to know about it, you could add a post here that makes a link to your Facebook post just to make us aware of it.
speaking of facebook my dad told me to post something here cuz for some reason i cant make heather my friend on facebook so if anyone knows whats wrong with something or watever then let me know. :D btw penguins pwn :D
